Mental and physical abuse is prevalent amongst men and it will never change unless we change it.
The problem is, we are living what we see and what is taught.
The truth is, we are still living in the past, not the present.
No one likes to be hit, or abused, but as men we need to channel our anger somewhere else
other than on our women regardless of the circumstances.
I understand that women will find a reason to make us angry, but instead of raising our hands at them,
or even hitting them, the best thing to do is walk away.
They've got the law on their side and we do not have anything.
Black men, our women are getting sick and tired of the abuse that they have sustained by our hands.
Black women, our men are sick and tired of also being abused verbally and more so physically.
The point is, let's sit and discuss our differences instead of fighting about it.
