"This Authoress has an imagination that goes beyond the norm, a gift when it comes to interweaving another world outside the real one; an escape all readers will love."
A Puss with spunk. Love the characters, which reminds me of one of my favorite movies, "Over the Hedge." Another side of the Authoress, I did not see coming. She is witty, a great sense of humor, funny... All Characteristics I love in a person, and this book!

One usually say, "Never judge a book by its cover." Well, my new saying is, never judge people by who you think they are on the outside. You never really know what a person is really like unless you get to know them personally; where each chapter of their book (analogy) as you familiarize yourself with it...is different and unique. (Different personalities).
A twist, surely I didn't see coming...at all. Left me whip-lashed. Hazel, I thought I knew you as a person, but love the Other side of your personality.
The Author's personal expression like my own is usually serious, not really a smiley, smiley person, but I'm sure if you get to know her on a personal level, like myself, people will tell you we are comedians, we love to laugh and make people laugh.
I can only imagine how this book was put together; it cracks me up because I wonder... I picture this Authoress sitting in a plush couch with a pet cat staring up at her; She's staring into its eyes; the cat staring into hers, and then the scene cuts away to another world of imaginations through both lens and perspectives...
"Hmm, (says the Writer) what are you thinking about little Kitty?"
"Hmm, (says little Kitty) what are "You" thinking about my Human?"
This book spoke to my background Culture of the West Indies, Caribbean. Woman! You had my mouth watering and my belly aching for food. I could smell the aromas of those tasty treats arising from the book itself (so real). You described some cuisines I am well familiar with, and having not been home in years...I miss the Culture of the food. I can smell it now. Not one to give away details of the book before others read it, but here I were thinking, that it would be a great idea to share some of those, and there it was. The Writer read my mind at the end of the book. Superb!
Like myself, I can tell the Author loves to cook. This book captures and encases this craft. Intricate attention to details, showcases the characters in the book. Love the illustrations which brings the book and the reader's imagination to life. The only disappointment I had, you gave the readers a taste, kept them engaged and then... Hurry Up! Get the rest of the series published! Can't wait to learn what happens next!
Mystery, Thriller, Romance, Humor (Mixed bowl of genres). Recommended to all audience.
The characters in the book fits the theme perfectly. This book overall, has personality; shows the reader the author's wit for creation, imagery, and imagination.
The tone of the book was upbeat, and engaging. Movie Material.
Beginning, middle and end. A thrilling high so climatic that leaves wanting to turn back the pages again and again to stay in the moment of the sensation.
Movie material. Ready to be produced and turned into an animated series.
There was nothing in this book that was unsatisfactory overall. In my opinion
