    When using the QR-Codes to pay for products or services via our website, all buyers must register for an account (optional) to optimize service and to keep track of your orders, shipment and refunds. When you purchase a product or service via our website, you check out and choose one of the above alternate payments (if you cannot use the PayPal Automated Quick Check out option). The confirmation will show that your order is either unpaid or pending. This is only so the system can confirm payment to the alternate payment gateways before shipping or delivering your order. You will immediately receive two emails with updates about your order purchase and status. When your payment has been confirmed you will be notified. Please be sure to check your spam folder in case you do not receive an email from us. This is also relevant to using our custom or alternative payment options other than standard check-out procedures on our store.

    SECTION 4 - E-BOOK DELIVERIES

    After purchasing an e-book, how do I receive my product?

    After you purchase your e-book product using the standard check-out gateway shopping-cart, a link with your receipt will be attached and forwarded to the email address you provided to download your book. If you registered for an account with us, you will also be able to download your e-book by logging in. In the rare case you do not receive your product link. Please contact us immediately to inquire at KVI Support Center.

    Do you provide volunteer work or discounts?

    Yes! On a case-by-case basis we occasionally will do work for free. We use our Donation Funds and Book Sales to help others in need who cannot afford it. If you have a unique issue, please submit your inquiry using our "Contact Us" form, and we will assess and get back to you.

    What if I need a service to be completed at a specific time?

    It is always a great idea to plan ahead of the deadline. Please contact us to schedule an appointment listing all details clearly, and when you would like the work to be completed by our freelancers. On some occasions we may not be able to guarantee your deadline due to previous commitments, but we will sure try to meet it to the best of our ability. If we cannot accept your appointment we will refer you to another affiliated person who is equipped to handle your needs.

    Do you plan to sell other products above just books?

    Yes! We will be linking paperback books soon to our category. We plan to add other products and services in the near future that are not limited to clothing, branded pens, mugs, t-shirts, greeting cards, music and more. If you are a seller, artist, or creator of arts and design, and you wish to add your product to our category, please submit your requests using the Contact Form on this website. Please note we have paperback books in stock. If you would love to oder a paperback copy version of the book in our library, please do so in our store.

    SECTION 12 - BOOKS ON VARIOUS PLATFORMS

    Why can't I find your books on popular websites such as Amazon, and other major platforms?

    We are independent publishers, and a bit old-school. Most of our books are print-press and sold in person versus online. We are in the process of adding our books to popular platforms for your convenience, but for the best sales and up-to-date discounts, our platform is the place to be. We are also not big on social media as well. So, if it's difficult to find any history, or limited followers, this does not mean we are not authentic. We published a book called, "A King's Fall" that spoke about "Pride" versus "Social Media." If you read this book, you will have an idea why we limit using such platforms. Nevertheless, this does not mean we've abandoned social media.

    Can I trust the freelancers and their services?

    Our Top Freelancers are screened and Hold 5-Star Ratings. We take our policies very seriously and the integrity of handling business. Each freelancer on our platform offering their services are bound to all our policies and terms and have been with us or affiliated with us for years. The founder has actually been a client to most of the freelancers and he trust the few that are currently on his platform.

    To answer the question about "Trust". In this day and age when it comes to trusting someone over the virtual INTERNET, we all have had bad experiences, even me. This does not mean that we must label each person a con, or scam artist, moreover we must not prejudge a person based on the clothes they wear, the country or state they live in, the color of their skin, religion or other physical qualities. Love, Art, and Creativity is universal and unbias. Personally, I can vouch for the team I work with now. We must also remember that the freelancers have personal lives that they must attend to like family and personal matters, because they are human just like us. At KVI Network Creations, we pride ourselves on recognizing that the client and seller are one, and should be treated equally. This is because of the oldest rule in the book, "Respect". We must treat every person the same way we would want to be treated. In the rare case that you have an issue with the seller, please do not attempt to handle the situation yourself. Stop the transaction, preserving all transcripts, and forward all complaints to the founder immediately. If after an objective investigation, the trust has been breached between the two parties, we will gladly refund your money.

    Are you a physical publishing company?

    No we are not. We are only independent publishing assistants. We assist you with preparing your book and publishing your book virtually with any of the self-publishing platforms available online, and we conduct some marketing to get you started on your way. We specialize in all things listed on our flyers and ads. We do not consider ourselves experts or professionals. We are just humble and talented at what we do best. We have a flair for all type arts, and we love to help people for little or no money at all.

    SECTION 16 - PRINT PRESS

    Does KVINC own a Print-Press?

    For other products such as designs on fabric and clothing, yes. This feature will not be made available until we add clothing products to our online store. We are still in the process of adding additional products and features. As it relates to printing books. We currently rely on our affiliated partners to print our books. Like every company, we hope to expand in the future with our own print-press.

    SECTION 21 - KVI NETWORK CREATIONS PRODUCT BAR-CODES

    1. What are the Bar Codes on your products or books?

  • Our Products are branded and verified by a unique product identification code called: GTIN/ UPC Bar-code Numbers. Visit our Blog to view our Official GTIN Certificates.
  • 2. What is a Bar Code?

  • Most commonly it is known as a UPC/GTIN-12 (Universal Product Code) or internationally as the EAN/GTIN-13 (European Article Number). The UPC is a unique 12-digit number and format invented by George Laurer and designed for use by a non-profit called the UCC (now known as GS1) in the early 70's. This UPC allows retailers to easily track sales of your product within their inventory system. Later in the 70's in Europe the EAN was created and used by the EAN foundation in a similar fashion, this is a 13-digit number and format. The EAN foundation later merged globally with the UCC and is now known as GS1. (Global Standards One) "GTIN" is a newer name given to the UPC/EAN codes by the GS1 organization, it means "Global Trade Identification Number", and the "dash" and number afterward equal the total digits of the code. i.e.: The UPC is 12 digits long, so it's a GTIN-12 and the EAN would be a GTIN-13.
  • 3. How do UPC/EAN Bar Codes Work?

  • When you go to sell your product at a retailer (i.e. Whole Foods, Amazon, Google etc.), that retailer will have you fill out a product information form. On that form is where you will put your company and product details as well as your 12-digit UPC (Or 13-digit EAN) bar code number. The retailer then manually enters that information into their inventory management computer. This way, when they scan your bar code at the register (or on their site), it calls up that form in their system and gives you credit for the sale. In other words, the bar code is simply a link between your product and the product information form you fill out for each store that sells your product. The bar code number and bar code image itself does not contain any hidden data, names, prices etc. Each store, website, database and P.O.S. system will be private, internal and is usually not publicly editable. This means that in order for you to get into a store or get your data onto a particular website that you want, you will need to manually contact that store/site and ask them what you need to do to manually upload your data so that it appears on their system/servers.

  • SECTION 24 - DUPLICATE VERSIONS OF E-BOOKS

    I see that you have multiple book covers with the same title i.e. "Visions of Prosetry and A King's Fall," what does this mean?

    We apologize for any confusions. The Author Vee is a man of variety and diversity. He wanted to to showcase the talents of the designers and give readers a variety of different book covers to choose from. However, within the books mentioned, the format and manuscripts are the same regardless of what book cover you buy. If you're interested in either please use the search tab to pull up all versions of the book to choose your specific "Cover Edition". We understand that in today's age, it seems a contrast where people now judge books by the cover instead of what's inside.

    SECTION 25 - VARIATIONS IN PRINT BOOKS

    I received my book in the mail from your company, and it looks different than the picture, why?

    Please note that each book you order from us is individually produced by our print production partners. In some cases, there may be minor differences across different prints of the same books and/or across books printed by our different printing partners, including, but not limited to, variations in color fidelity, photo resolution/contrast and binding. While we work very hard to keep our product as consistent as possible, this variation is a normal occurrence and is not considered to be production defect and does not qualify for replacement.

    SECTION 26 - GUARANTEES | OUR PUBLISHING SERVICES

    If you help me create and publish my book, are there any guarantees that it will sell or make the top list?

    There is an old saying, "Never Count the Chickens before they Hatch." No one can promise guarantees before the project is completed; no one can foretell the future. Our only guarantee is that we will do our very best to make sure your book is perfect in every way. We have unlimited revisions in our gigs. Also you, the Author will be responsible for your own marketing and advertising your books to help boost sales and exposure, although we provide some marketing and advertising.

    How do I pay for services? Do you have an "invoice"?

    Yes! Our invoices will either come from Paypal.com, Stripe.com, Zoho.com, or Knightvision.ink. This will allow you to pay for service via the built in link. Our invoices will also have our company logo attached thereto. Invoices are optional however as we've implemented custom payment options that includes an entry field to enter the "Invoice Number" given to you. If you need an invoice please let your Seller know before checking out.

    How do you feel about race, color, culture, movements, and location of people?

    See above at SECTION 13 PARA II Coupled with that, the founder of this company is African American and West Indian Islander/Black. And I think I speak for him, that he is indeed color-blind. He is a firm believer of Equality?that All Lives "Should" Matter Regardless of Color, Culture, and Background. We all are created with a body, soul, spirit, and same color of blood.     What type and sizes of books do you sell?

    Although all sizes and formats are available, unless specified, your book will come in the standard color soft-cover version with laminate finish, trade book format. Unless specified, you will either receive a 6"X9" or 5.5"X8.5" size format book. Each paperback you purchase from our store comes with an e-book free copy version of that book. There are other formats as well that may be priced lower or higher. For instance: a black and white version of the same book will cost much lower to print versus premium high quality color formats and hardback covers. All our e-book typically comes in color PDF. Other formats like MOBI, EPUB, etc.. are based upon availability. Contact us to learn more.

    When you purchase one of our books, please indicate that you would love to pickup a copy in our local Zip-code in Rhode Island 02863. Your order will be adjusted to reflect no shipping cost. Additional information will be provided via email or in your registered account with us. Please note that since we are not a commercial address, agreement will be made in advance between the seller and customer on where they would meet to finalize the purchased product in a public setting. Same concept if you've ever purchased an item from a merchant via eBay.com who was in the same Zip-code. To make you feel safe we would gladly meet at a local law enforcement station, or a public restaurant or business to complete the transaction.     We apologize for the inconvenience. Please kindly contact us if the link is not working, or has been unavailable for more than 8 Hours. We are working behind the scenes to clean up some of our links and codes as this website was developed brick-by-brick. In some cases the website might be down due to issues with the hosting company to no fault of our own. These things do happen from time-to-time.     Like any apartment, property, home, club, or fraternity there will always be a list of rules 'House Rules.' Below is an unexhaustive list of violations we will not tolerate if you decide to be a member of our domain. This applies to customers and guests visiting our home as well. Anyone found to be guilty of such violations will be automatically banned, and if you are a paying member subscriber you will forfeit the remainder of your dues for the remainder of that subscription month (which ever comes first or applies).     We screen all contents published. We are a "Christian Based" platform. Although we respect the genre diversity in artistry, in respect to other members, customers, visitors of all ages, and 'Our Home,' should you choose to advertise or post content that "shocks the conscience" of any objective person, or is "highly questionable" it will be removed immediately. If you are an editor or administrator level member, you will have the discretion (if your content is questionable) to set posts or pages 'private' or that can be accessed by visitors, or customers through 'password.' We have set in place a private community forum specifically set up for members who wish to keep their content private. Please ask the admin for more info.

    SECTION 36.3 - DISCRIMINATION AND BULLYING
